Priory House, Shropshire
Priory House is a 16th-century house which embodies substantial remains of Wenlock Priory, located in Much Wenlock, Shropshire. The house, which was adapted as a dwelling at the Dissolution, has a glorious Renaissance façade. The north range is the 12th-century monastic Infirmary Hall. The east range is an important late 15th-century building richly panelled and fenestrated. At the north end is the Infirmary Chapel. At the south-west angle of the court is a portion of the 13th-century Prior's Hall. The house is within the council area of Shropshire.
