Prestbury, Cheshire
Prestbury is a village in Cheshire. St Peter's Church dates from 1220. The previous church, a Norman Chapel, stands in its churchyard. Fragments of a Saxon cross were discovered in 1880 built into the wall. The restored cross stands in the churchyard. Prestbury is well known for its affluence and high property values. It is within the council area of Cheshire East.
