Percy's Leap, Northumberland

Percy's Leap is the site of two lying stones in Northumberland. In the Battle of Hedgeley Moor on 25 April 1464, legend has it that the two stones mark the leap of the horse of Sir Ralph Percy (House of Lancaster) at the height of the battle. The site is within the council area of Northumberland.
