Penn, Staffordshire
Penn is a large suburban area in the south-west of Wolverhampton, Staffordshire. The suburb developed around the village of Upper Penn during the 20th century. St Bartholomew's Church has Anglo-Saxon origins, the fabric of the present building dating from the 14th century. Penn is within the council area of Wolverhampton.
