Park Hall, Derbyshire

Park Hall (aka Park Hall Farmhouse) is a farmhouse near Denby, Derbyshire. The farmhouse is primarily constructed of coursed squared sandstone and ashlar, with a steeply pitched red clay tile roof. The building features early 17th century elements, with later extensive additions from 1702. The site was originally a moated manor house owned by Simon Adherne, who was granted a Royal Charter in 1267. It later passed through the hands of the Grey and Frecheville families before being acquired by the Lowe family in the mid-16th century. The property was sold in the 20th century and has since been converted into a farmhouse. It is within the council area of Amber Valley (Derbyshire).
