Orrell Park, Lancashire

Orrell Park is an urban area in the north of Liverpool, Lancashire. The area is Victorian in character, being built mainly for workers of the Bootle docks from 1850 onwards. Despite its name, it was never part of Orrell township, but at the time of its construction was part of Fazakerley township, which became part of Liverpool county borough in 1904. It is within the council area of Liverpool.
