Old St Mellons, Monmouthshire
Old St Mellons (Welsh: Pentre Llaneirwg) is the name used to refer to the original village of St Mellons in Monmouthshire. During the late 20th century a large housing estate was built to the south-east of the village and also named "St Mellons". Although within the eastern suburbs of Cardiff, Old St Mellons retains a distinct village identity. Old St Mellons is within the council area of Cardiff.
