Odsey House, Cambridgeshire

Odsey House is a small country house in the hamlet of Odsey, Cambridgeshire. Located half-way between Royston and Baldock and built betwen 1722 and 1729 for William Cavendish, the Second Duke of Devonshire. It was built as a lodge for the Odsey horse races. It is a Palladian in style and constructed from red brick with lighter red brick and gauged brick dressings. It is within the council area of South Cambridgeshire (Cambridgeshire).
