O'Cahan's Castle, Londonderry
O'Cahan's Castle is a mediæval earthwork in the townland of Deer Park, near the town of Limavady, County Londonderry. The monument comprises a small mound on a defensive position high above the River Roe. Despite its name, its date and precise function is uncertain. It is reputed to have once contained a tower house. The monument is in the care of the Department for Communities. The monument is within the council area of Causeway Coast and Glens.
