Norton Camp, Shropshire

Norton Camp is a large Iron Age hillfort near Craven Arms in Shropshire. The hillfort occupies a commanding position above the Onny valley. The camp forms a D-shape, being about 1,100ft north-west to south-east by 1,200ft south-west to north-east. Its size indicates that it was occupied by a very large community. It is within the council area of Shropshire.
