Newhaven, Midlothian

Newhaven is a village and harbour which forms a suburb of Leith, Midlothian. It was once a thriving fishing village and a centre for shipbuilding. Newhaven was redeveloped by Edinburgh's town planners in the 1950s and 1960s. It is within the council area of City of Edinburgh.
