New Chelsfield, Kent

New Chelsfield (often just Chelsfield) is a suburban area to the south of Orpington in Kent. New Chelsfield developed in the inter-war period to the west of Chelsfield station, itself a mile west of the village of Chelsfield. The area is now contiguous with the southern suburbs of Orpington to its north and with Green Street Green to its west. It is often now known just as Chelsfield. It is within the council area of Bromley.
