Mosborough, Derbyshire
Mosborough is a village in Derbyshire. The village is listed as 'Moresburgh' in 9th-century Anglo-Saxon records of Derbyshire land-owners. From the 19th century, it became noted as a centre of steelmaking. Mosborough Hall is a 17th-century manor house, now a hotel. The village is within the council area of Sheffield.
