Moreton, Buckinghamshire
Moreton is a deserted mediæval village in the Aylesbury Vale in Buckinghamshire. The monument contains the buried and visible remains of the mediæval village, together with a mediæval moated site and a later manorial enclosure. Listed in Domesday, the village had been abandoned by the time of the estate map of 1660. It is within the council area of Buckinghamshire.
