Moor Park is a suburban village in Hertfordshire. The estate was first developed in the 1930s and lies east of Moor Park (for which it is named), a country house which was originally built in 1678–9 for James, Duke of Monmouth. It lies to the north of and along the county border with Middlesex, and is contiguous with Northwood to the south of the border. Moor Park is within the council area of Three Rivers (Hertfordshire).
