Milltown, Down
Milltown is a hamlet in County Down. It is within the townland of Ballynavally, in the civil parish of Drumbo. The hamlet developed around mills on the Purdys Burn. Milltown Masonic Hall dates from 1910. Milltown Baptist Church opened in 1914, replacing a chapel from 1836. The settlement was largely split in two by the construction of the A55 in the 1970s. It now lies at the south-western edge of the Belvoir park estate. It is within the council area of Belfast.
