Millmount, Fermanagh
Millmount is an urban area in Banbridge, County Down. It is within the townland of Edenderry, in the civil parish of Seapatrick. The site, on the east bank of the River Bann, had a bleach mill and a corn mill from at least as far back as the mid 18th century. Mill Mount house is believed to have been built around 1784 for the Crawfords, a mill-owning family. William Hayes opened a bleach works in the early 19th century. The works closed in the late 20th century and the site redeveloped for housing in the early 21st century. The area is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
