Massford, Down
Massford is a hamlet lying on the west bank of the River Laggan in County Down. The settlement lies in the far north-east of Finnis townland, in the civil parish of Dromara. St Michael's Church was built in 1835. The Finnis National School opened in 1844 and was demolished in 1980. St Michael's Primary School, which replaced it, opened in 1964. The hamlet is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
