Marchmont, Midlothian

Marchmont is a residential area in Edinburgh, Midlothian, one mile south of the Old Town. The area was developed in the 1870s and 1880s and is characterised by four- and five-storey tenements blocks built in the Scots Baronial style. It is within the council area of City of Edinburgh.
