Maghery, Armagh

Maghery is a small village, lying on the south-west shore of Lough Neagh in County Armagh. It is within the townland of Maghery, in the civil parish of Tartaraghan. The village lies on the east bank of the River Blackwater, separated from Derrywarragh Island by the Maghery Canal. The village is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
