Lower Short Ditch, Shropshire
Lower Short Ditch is a linear boundary or dyke to the north of Newcastle on Clun, Shropshire. The ditch straddles the county border into Montgomeryshire. It has been linked with the Upper Short Ditch which lies two miles to the west, in the latter county. Both dykes have also been linked to Offa's Dyke, though they may predate that. The dyke is within the council area of Shropshire.
