Loughton, Buckinghamshire
Loughton is an ancient village in Buckinghamshire. It is listed in Domesday as 'Lochintone'. All Saints' Church dates from the 13th century. Since the 1970s, Loughton has formed a part of the new town of Milton Keynes, a district and a civil parish of which bear its name. The village is within the council area of Milton Keynes.
