Long Stone, Cornwall
The Long Stone is a prehistoric standing stone near St Keverne, Cornwall. The place name of the nearby farm Tremenheere is first recorded in 1312 and means 'farms of the longstone' and is the first indirect reference to the standing stone. The monument is within the council area of Cornwall.
