Llanthony Secunda Priory, Gloucestershire
Llanthony Secunda Priory is a former Augustinian priory on the outskirts of Gloucester, Gloucestershire. It was founded in 1136 by Miles de Gloucester, 1st Earl of Hereford as a secondary house and refuge for the canons of Llanthony Priory in the Vale of Ewyas. At the Dissolution the priory and its lands were granted by the Crown to Arthur Porter. The remains include the 15th-century Thythe Barn (Historic England Grade I Listed 1271698), the south side of the Inner Court (Historic England Grade I Listed 1271697) and the Victorian farmhouse (Historic England Grade I Listed 1245765). The site is within the council area of Gloucester (Gloucestershire).
