Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant is a village on the border of Denbighshire with Montgomeryshire. The River Rhaeadr, the county border, runs through the centre of the village. The village is best known as the former parish of William Morgan, then a vicar who first translated the Bible into Welsh. The village is within the council area of Powys.
