Linlithgow Bridge is a village which now forms the western end of Linlithgow, West Lothian. The Battle of Linlithgow Bridge took place on 4 September 1526 between a force of 10,000 men led by the Earl of Lennox and a force of 2,500 led by James Hamilton, 1st Earl of Arran. Linlithgow Bridge is within the council area of West Lothian.
