Lindsey House, Middlesex

Lindsey House is a 17th-century villa on Cheyne Walk, Chelsea, Middlesex. The house was built in 1674 by Robert Bertie, 3rd Earl of Lindsey. Today, it occupies numbers 96-101 of Cheyne Walk. In 1808, engineer Marc Brunel lived in the middle section of the house, and his son Isambard Kingdom Brunel grew up here.
