Lewis and Harris, Ross-shire
Lewis and Harris is the largest island in the Outer Hebrides, Lewis (the northern two-thirds of the island) lying in Ross-shire and Harris (the southern third) in Inverness-shire. The boundary between Lewis and Harris runs west to east from Loch Resort to Loch Seaforth. The island is within the council area of Na h-Eileanan an Iar.
