Lea Hall, Worcestershire
Lea Hall is an urban area in the east of Birmingham, part of the Yardley salient of Worcestershire. During the Middle Ages Lea Hall was a sub-manor of Yardley with its own manor house (demolished in 1937). The area was developed for housing from the 1930s. The name Lea Hall usually refers to the 20th century estate to the south of Lea Hall Station, though the hall itself stood just north of the station. It is within the council area of Birmingham.
