Lawrencetown, Down
Lawrencetown is a large village, lying on the River Bann in County Down. It is within the townlands of Knocknagore and Drumnascamph, in the civil parish of Tullylish. The settlement developed over the 19th century around several mills and bleach works along the river. Lawrencetown House was built before 1834 and features a walled garden and extensive lawns stretching to the River Bann. The village is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
