King John's Hunting Lodge, Somerset

King John's Hunting Lodge is a 15th-century wool-merchant's house in Axbridge, Somerset. It is a jettied timber-frame building of three storeys, occupying a corner plot on the town square. Despite its name, it dates from long after King John's reign. It is in the care of the National Trust. It is within the council area of Somerset.
