Killymoon Castle, Tyrone

Killymoon Castle is an early 19th-century country house in the townland of Killymoon Demesne, County Tyrone. The original Killymoon Castle, built in 1671, burnt down in 1801 and was rebuilt in a larger version to a design by John Nash. It is located above the Ballinderry River with a back-drop of woodland and parkland. It is an asymmetrical structure with both round and square towers and Regency Gothic interiors. The house is within the council area of Mid Ulster.
