Killeen, Armagh

Killeen is a village in County Armagh. It is within the townland of Killeen, in the civil parish of Killevy. Aside from St Michael's Church (RC) (1875) and Killeen School, the Killeen townland was sparsely populated well into the 20th century. The townland has seen significant house building since then, essentially forming a dispersed village. The village is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
