Killea, Londonderry
Killea is a large village, lying on the Liberty Burn across the border of County Londonderry and County Donegal. The larger part of the village lies in County Donegal, that part in County Londonderry lying within the townland of Killea, in the civil parish of Templemore. Killea Mortuary Chapel (1864) is a derelect chapel with a Tudoresque doorway and windows, lying in a small graveyard just outside the village. The village is within the council area of Derry City and Strabane.
