Kilcoo, Down
Kilcoo is a small village, lying on the east bank of the Maddock River in County Down. It is within the townlands of Moyad and Ballymoney, in the civil parish of Kilcoo. St Malachy's Church (RC) dates from 1901, replacing a previous church from 1801. The village has seen significant suburban development since the mid 20th century. The village is within the council area of Newry, Mourne and Down.
