Hoyland, Yorkshire
Hoyland is a town in Yorkshire, in the West Riding. The town developed in the 20th century from the expansion of Hoyland Nether and its subsequent conjoining with Hoyland Common. Hoyland Hall is a late Georgian property. Netherfield House is Hoyland's oldest known surviving residence. The town is within the council area of Barnsley.
