How Hill is a small, late-prehistoric defended settlement site, situated on the summit of a natural knoll (How Hill) near Low Whita, Yorkshire, in the North Riding. The enclosure is rectangular with rounded corners, the interior being approximately 230ft east-west and 195ft north-south. It is within the council area of North Yorkshire.
