Horncastle, Lincolnshire
Horncastle is a small market town in Lincolnshire, in the Parts of Lindsey, which originated as a Roman fort. The walls of the Roman fort remain in places. St Mary's parish church is a 13th-century church, heavily restored between 1859 and 1861 by Ewan Christian. The town is within the council area of East Lindsey (Lincolnshire).
