Hinton Ampner House, Hampshire
Hinton Ampner House is a late 18th-century country house at Hinton Ampner, Hampshire. In the 1540s, a large Tudor manor house was built in Hinton Ampner. Henry Stawell Bilson-Legge subsequently inherited the estate and demolished the Tudor house in favour of the current Hinton Ampner House, built in 1793 and remodelled extensively in 1867. It is in the care of the National Trust. It is within the council area of Winchester (Hampshire).
