Hesketh Dike, Yorkshire

Hesketh Dike is a prehistoric linear boundary near Boltby, Yorkshire, in the North Riding. Hesketh Dike extends for about 0.6 miles from the scarp edge of the Hambleton Hills to the head of Sledhill Gill. The dyke is part of a wider system of linear boundaries known as the Cleave Dyke. It is within the council area of North Yorkshire.
