Hemlington, Yorkshire

Hemlington is an urban area in Middlesbrough, Yorkshire. It lies in the North Riding. It is named form the former village of Hemlington, now known as Hemlington Village. It is centred around a lake and in Middlesbrough's south-western outskirts. Hemlington was built on farmland from the 1960s. It is within the council area of Middlesbrough.
