Haughton Dale, Lancashire
Haughton Dale is a hamlet in Lancashire. It lies on the north bank of the River Tame, at the southern end of the village of Haughton Green. Previously the site of a cotton mill (later wireworks), much of the surrounding area is now a nature reserve. It is within the council area of Tameside.
