Hannahstown, Antrim

Hannahstown is a small village, lying at foot of Black Mountain in County Antrim. It is within the townlands of Hannahstown and Black Mountain, in the civil parish of Shankill. Though a small hamlet at the time, a small Catholic church was built here in 1797, later replaced by the current St Joseph's Church. The village has seen substantial late 20th century and early 21st century residential development. The village is within the council area of Belfast.
