MenuGrim's Ditch, Wiltshire
Grim's Ditch (aka Bokerley Ditch) is an ancient linear earthwork running across Cranbourne Chase, Wiltshire. It forms a series of earthen banks and ditches running east-west from the Wilshire - Hampshire border at Bokerley Ditch Plantation to the Wiltshire - Dorset border at Blagdon Hill. Here it meets a longer setion of Bokerley Ditch which forms the county border for several miles. Bokerley Ditch is believed to have its origin in the Bronze Age or Early Iron Age. It is within the council area of New Forest (Hampshire).
