Greenock, Renfrewshire

Greenock is a port town in Renfrewshire. The Greenock Custom House building was designed by William Burn in 1818 and is considered by many the finest in Britain. The Victoria Tower, completed in 1886, stands 245 feet tall. The town forms part of a contiguous urban area with Gourock to the west and Port Glasgow to the east. The town is within the council area of Inverclyde.
