Gray's Hospital, Morayshire
Gray's Hospital is an early 19th-century hospital in Elgin, Morayshire. In 1808 Dr Alexander Gray died and left $20,000 for a hospital for "The Sick of the Poor in the Town and County of Elgin". The hospital has a classical design with three-storeys and a nine-bay giant pilastered façade of polished ashlar with a Roman Doric tetrastyle portico supporting an entablature and a bold panelled parapet. It is within the council area of Moray.
