Granville, Tyrone

Granville is a village in County Tyrone. It is within the townland of Derryveen, in the civil parish of Donaghmore. It was named by Thomas Knox, 2nd Earl of Ranfurly, after his son, Granville Henry John Knox, who died in a drowning accident at age 16. The village is within the council area of Mid Ulster.
