Glenballyeamon, Antrim
Glenballyeamon is one of the nine Glens of Antrim in County Antrim. It is within townlands of Retreat, Barard, Altmore Upper, ALtmore Lower, Gortlane, Corlane, Mullinaskea, Tavnagharry, Gortateea, Ballyfad, Ballynahaville, Killoughag and Gortnagross Lower, all in the civil parish of Layd. The Ballyeamon River runs through the glen, which stretches from the Glenariff Forest in the south to where the river meets the Glenaan River near Cushendall in the north. The Ballyemon Road (B14) runs through the glen. The glen is within the council area of Causeway Coast and Glens.
