Glasker, Down
Glasker (aka Glaskermore) is a hamlet in County Down. It is within the townland of Glaskermore, in the civil parish of Aghaderg. Glascar Presbyterian Church was built in 1845, replacing an earlier church from 1787. The neighbouring school house, dating from 1844, replaced that where Patrick Brontë had his first teaching post in the 1790s. The hamlet is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
