Gilford Castle, Down
Gilford Castle is a Victorian Scottish Baronial style country house, located within an extensive demesne to the south of Gilford, County Down. It is within the townland of Drumaran, in the civil parish of Tullylish. Gilford Castle was completed around 1870 as a residence for Benjamin Dickson, a partner in the local linen thread company of Dunbar McMaster. It was designed by William Spence. The house is within the council area of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon.
